1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Prime Peptides website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that:

• You are purchasing products strictly for scientific, laboratory, analytical, or research purposes.
• You are not purchasing products for human or veterinary application.

3. Product Use Agreement

By purchasing products from Prime Peptides, the customer agrees that:

• Products will not be used as drugs, supplements, injectables, cosmetics, or consumer products.
• Products will not be administered to any living organism.
• Products will be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The customer accepts full responsibility for any consequences arising from improper, unauthorized, or prohibited use of the products.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Prime Peptides is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.
• Use of the Site and products is undertaken at the customer's own risk.
• Prime Peptides makes no guarantee regarding product accuracy, purity, suitability, or fitness for a particular research purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Peptides from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use, misuse, handling, or unauthorized application of products purchased through the Site.

5. Order Approval and Refusal

Prime Peptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, restrict, or limit an order for reasons including:

• Suspected product misuse.
• Inventory or stock availability issues.
• Legal or compliance concerns.
• Payment verification issues.

6. Shipping and Handling

Once an order has been shipped, Prime Peptides is not responsible for circumstances including:

• Shipping or carrier delays.
• Customs holds or processing delays.
• Lost packages.
• Confiscations.
• Product degradation caused by environmental exposure during transit or after delivery.

Shipping risk transfers to the customer at the time the order is shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, all sales are final. Prime Peptides generally cannot accept product returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Refunds or replacements may be issued at the discretion of Prime Peptides in circumstances including:

• Incorrect products received.
• Products damaged during shipment.
• Delivery issues confirmed by the shipping carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, product images, graphics, text, website designs, branding elements, and other original content displayed on the Prime Peptides website are owned by or licensed to Prime Peptides.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Website Content Accuracy

Prime Peptides makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current website information. However:

• Information may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• Product information may not always be complete.
• Product information, availability, pricing, descriptions, or other website content may be modified without prior notice.
