At Prime Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer limited returns and refunds under specific circumstances, outlined below.


📦 1. All Sales Are Final (Research Chemicals Policy)

Because we sell research-use-only materials, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have left controlled storage conditions
  • Customer errors in ordering
  • Dissatisfaction with product effects or expectations
  • Products that were improperly stored after delivery

This policy ensures product integrity and customer safety.


🧾 2. Eligible Return/Refund Situations

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

✔️ Incorrect item received

You received a different product than what you ordered.

✔️ Damaged during shipping

The product arrived broken, cracked, leaking, or physically damaged.

✔️ Missing items in your order

Part of your order was not included.

✔️ Lost or undelivered packages (case-by-case)

If the carrier confirms loss and the package cannot be delivered.

To qualify, claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.


🚫 3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds/replacements will not be issued for:

  • Products marked “delivered” by the carrier
  • Packages stolen after delivery
  • User mistakes (wrong product ordered)
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with
  • Products with signs of improper storage (heat exposure, freezing, etc.)
  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with expected results (products are not for human use)

📤 4. How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at:

Include:

  1. Name
  2. Order number
  3. Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
  4. A clear description of the issue

We respond to all requests within 24–48 hours.


🚚 5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a replacement is approved due to our error or carrier damage, we may cover the shipping cost of the replacement.

🧪 6. Product Integrity

Once items leave our controlled facility:

  • We cannot guarantee storage conditions during transit or after receipt.
  • For this reason, we cannot accept returns of any opened or temperature-sensitive products.

This is required to maintain quality and regulatory safety standards.
