1. All Sales Are Final

Because Prime Peptides supplies research-use-only compounds and laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns for products where storage conditions, handling, or product integrity can no longer be verified.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products that have left controlled storage conditions.
• Customer errors when selecting or ordering products.
• Dissatisfaction with perceived product effects, performance, or expectations.
• Products that were improperly stored or handled after delivery.

These restrictions help preserve product integrity and prevent returned laboratory materials from being placed back into inventory.

2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

Prime Peptides may offer a replacement or refund when a verified order issue falls within one of the following circumstances:

Incorrect Item Received

You received a different product from the product listed on your confirmed order.

Product Damaged During Shipping

The product arrived broken, cracked, leaking, or otherwise physically damaged during shipment.

Missing Items

One or more products shown on your confirmed order were not included in the delivered package.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Claims involving lost or undelivered shipments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been lost and cannot be successfully delivered.

To qualify for review, refund or replacement claims must generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will generally not be issued in the following situations:

• Packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
• Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
• Products incorrectly ordered by the customer.
• Products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with.
• Products showing signs of improper storage, including inappropriate heat or freezing exposure after delivery.
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Dissatisfaction based on expected results or effects. Prime Peptides products are supplied strictly for research use.

4. How to Submit a Refund or Replacement Request

To request review of an eligible refund or replacement, please contact Prime Peptides at:

1. Your full name.
2. Your order number.
3. Clear photographs of the product and packaging when reporting damaged, incorrect, or compromised items.
4. A clear description of the issue with your order.

Prime Peptides aims to respond to refund and replacement requests within 24–48 hours.

5. Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If a replacement is approved because of an order fulfillment error or verified carrier damage, Prime Peptides may cover the shipping cost associated with sending the replacement.

6. Product Integrity

Maintaining the integrity of research materials requires appropriate storage and handling. Once an order leaves our controlled facility, Prime Peptides cannot independently verify all environmental conditions during transit or after delivery.

For this reason, opened, used, compromised, or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned once product integrity or storage conditions can no longer be verified.

This policy helps maintain appropriate quality-control and research-material handling standards.

Prime Peptides reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Refund & Returns Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our operations, shipping procedures, product-handling requirements, or website policies.
